Benny Mayengani, is on it again this time he is set to #FillUp Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane despite being threatened with legal action surrounding the trademark rights of the popular phrase in the recent past by Cassper Nyovest.
Benny’s last year advertisement of Fill Up Giyani Stadium concert using the hashtag made popular by rapper Cassper Nyovest nearly got him in trouble in the form of a law suit.
It was later revealed that the threat to Benny were unfounded as it was discovered that Cassper did not own the trademark and could not take legal action against him at the time.
Benny went on to fulfill his goal of filling up Giyani Stadium with thousands of fans in September 2018 with two fans loosing their lives due to the stabbing incidents at the stadium.
This time, Mayengani is planning to fill up the 46, 000 seater Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane, Limpopo. Among the big names that are roped in to boast the show includes Vuyelwa, Mashabela, DJ Tira, Winnie Mashaba and Zodwa Wabantu.
“I’m going provincial now to Fill Up Peter Mokaba Stadium and after that we are going to Johannesburg,” he said.
