Arsenal have all but announced the recruitment of right back Stephan Lichtsteiner as the first Unai Emery signing – and fans are VERY happy.
Switzerland international Lichtsteiner spent Friday at the Gunners’ London Colney training centre having jetted in to agree a deal in north London.
The 34-year-old will join on a free having ended his contract at Juventus this summer – Lichtsteiner seven years in Turin, winning the Serie A title in each of his seasons there.
