“I took the initiative to assist women to know how to apply facial products on their faces”, said Busisiwe Ngubane. She started her business in December 2016 after seeing lot of women who lacked confidence in themselves.
Nobody influenced me, but I was motivated by seeing friends applying make-up incorrectly. That helped me to come up with the ways in which I can come with the ways in which I can help women.
Busisiwe is pleased with the response of women who are interested in her service, and she is even planning to expand her footprint around Soweto in order to reach more client base. We take pride on the fact that we have helped many women across Soweto and other regimes learn how to use their cosmetics correctly to enhance their beauty.
Businesses like Busi’s is not without challenges as you sometimes get taken from pillar to post when it is time for the clients to pay. “It is not good when you actually come for collections and find that clients are not ready or rather gives excuses”, said Busisiwe Magubane.
When asked about how she is going to deal with clients who are not reliable, Busisiwe said , ” I will print business cards that will have my business accounts and contacts in order to make payments of services easier”.
